House Jo

Casa Jo, located on the first floor, is characterised by cosy, bright interiors enriched with typical local furnishings.

Living Room: From the external staircase it is possible to reach the entrance of Casa Jo, where there is the cosy and bright Living Room, characterised by the typical Sicilian furnishings made from salvaged materials.
The latter consists of: a comfortable dining table, a wall-mounted HD TV, a pretty sofa, two large windows and a bright French window.
While the open kitchen in the living room is fully equipped with all utensils, gas hob, oven, refrigerator, sink, washing machine, espresso coffee machine with capsules, microwave and kettle.
Night Zone: From the Living Room, there is direct access to the Night Zone, consisting of three double bedrooms and two full bathrooms.
The first double bedroom has a Queen-Size bed, air conditioning, a large wardrobe where you can store your clothes, and a comfortable armchair.
The second spacious and bright double room in the soft colours of green, with a Queen-Size bed, air conditioning, a large wardrobe where you can store your clothes, and two comfortable armchair chairs.
The third double bedroom in the warm colours of yellow, with a Queen-Size bed, air conditioning, a clothes stand and a bright window.
While the two spacious and bright bathrooms are complete with all sanitary facilities, shower cubicle, hairdryer, towel set and organic courtesy kit.
Casa Jo offers a comfortable and cosy environment both inside and outside, with spaces designed for relaxation, entertainment and well-being.
Outdoor Area: House Jo, is immersed in the heart of an olive grove, and lush local vegetation, with beautiful flowers, fruit trees and pine trees, creating an enchanting atmosphere, making the environment a true oasis of tranquillity.
The entire property is completely fenced off, and divided into different areas:
One area dedicated exclusively to Casa Jo, one dedicated entirely to Casa Lory, and two common areas.
In the common areas are: a splendid swimming pool with crystal-clear water and an outdoor shower, and a spacious solarium area equipped with sunbeds and towels.
There is also a large and well-kept jogging track, immersed in the olive grove, ideal for lovers of outdoor physical activity.
The area reserved exclusively for Casa Jo, consists of a large green space, in front of the house, where there is a dining table with a gazebo, a large green space, equipped with a barbecue for preparing delicious meals, a comfortable sitting area and a hammock ideal for relaxing moments.
The property also has a large private car park.
