Living Room: The property is accessed from the ground floor where there is a lovely and cosy living room, characterised by the typical Sicilian decor with its Mediterranean colours. The latter consists of: an open kitchen complete with all utensils, gas hob, oven, refrigerator, sink, washing machine, espresso coffee machine with pods, microwave and kettle. There is a dining table, a wall-mounted HD TV, a comfortable sofa bed and a bright French window with direct access to the outdoors.
Night Zone Ground Floor: The living room leads to the first double bedroom where you will find a comfortable Queen-Size bed for a quality rest, air conditioning, a clothes stand where you can store your clothes, and a French door with direct access to the private outdoor area.
Next to the room is the bathroom complete with all sanitary facilities, shower cubicle, hairdryer, complete set of towels and Bio courtesy kit.
Night Zone First Floor: Continuing along the internal staircase in the living room, you reach the sleeping area on the first floor. Comprising the second cosy double bedroom with a queen-size bed in sweet shades of blue and light blue, air conditioning, a clothes stand where you can store your clothes, and a bright window.
Next to the second double bedroom is the second bathroom, complete with all sanitary facilities, shower cubicle, hairdryer, complete set of towels and Bio courtesy kit.
Casa Lory is fully equipped with all bed and bathroom linen. And it offers a comfortable and cosy environment both inside and outside, with spaces designed for relaxation, enjoyment and well-being.
GUEST ACCESS
Guests will be able to log in completely independently thanks to a simple self check-in system.
Instructions will be sent to guests on the day of check-in.
Property Rules
- Check-in: 3:00 PM - 8:00 PM
- Checkout: 6:00 AM - 10:00 AM
- It is strictly forbidden to organise parties within the property, otherwise guests will have to compensate the owner for all damage caused and the penalty to be paid for breaking the rules will be 2000 €.
- It is strictly forbidden to secretly host more people than those indicated in the booking and registered at check-in, otherwise the responsibility towards the law will be totally on the guests, and the penalty to be paid for breaking the rules will be: 2000 €.
- It is strictly forbidden to smoke inside the property, otherwise the penalty to be paid for breaking the rules will be: 200 €.
- Loss of keys will result in a penalty to be paid equal to the value of the keys.
- It is strictly forbidden to leave the pet alone inside the property, otherwise if the pet causes damage of any kind, the guests will have to compensate the owner for all damages caused by the pet.
