The Artist’s Villa

Villa Lais of Sipicciano is a historic residence dating back to the 18th century, located in magical Tuscia, right on the border between Tuscany and Lazio.
Waiting for you at the entrance is the owner Maddalena, a painter and restorer who, together with her partner, has turned the Villa into a permanent contemporary art gallery, where you can visit exhibitions, attend events and listen to concerts of all kinds.
A tree-lined avenue leads to the historical residence, divided into three floors, entirely frescoed with original designs from the 18th and 16th centuries.
Two hectares of land embrace the property; strolling through the garden you can visit a small church, the farmhouses, the cellars, take a dip in the pool and recharge your batteries surrounded by nature, cuddling affectionate cats and dogs.
Art and cooking workshops colour the experiences at the Villa, surrounded by harmony and art.
