Villa La Perla

The luxurious Villa La Perla is located in Castellammare, just 2 km from the beach.Built on two floors, on the ground floor the entrance opens onto a spectacular living room, characterised by modern, minimalist furnishings.On the second floor are the bright double bedrooms, the fully equipped bathrooms, and the spacious terrace overlooking the pool and the surrounding panorama.Outside, the private garden is dominated by the wonderful infinity pool and the large patio.

First Floor: Villa La Perla opens onto a spacious and bright Living Room, characterised by modern and elegant furnishings, offering a cosy and refined atmosphere. The large windows provide constant natural lighting, and allow direct access to the Villa’s garden and patio.
The open kitchen, complete with high-end appliances, blends harmoniously into the space, allowing conviviality during meal preparation. A large dining table invites convivial and unforgettable lunches and dinners.
The sofa bed provides additional comfortable space for guests. Strategically positioned on the wall next to the dining table, it offers a view of the entire Living Room and the 43’ HD Smart TV, perfect for relaxing and entertaining with multimedia and Premium channels.
While the laundry area, accessible directly from the Living Room, is functional and well organised. Equipped with a washing machine, clothes rack and iron, it is designed to make the job of washing clothes and laundry as easy and efficient as possible.
Second Floor: On the second floor of the villa is the sleeping area.
It consists of four spacious and finely furnished double bedrooms, which guarantee an experience of pure comfort and relaxation.
Completing the sleeping area are the three spacious and modern bathrooms, equipped with all sanitary facilities. And fully equipped with towel sets and Bio courtesy kit, ensuring practicality and functionality for all guests.
Finally, further enriching the second floor is the villa’s large terrace, with direct access to two of the double bedrooms. The latter affords a breathtaking view of the lush garden, the sparkling swimming pool and the impressive surrounding panorama.
Pool and Garden: Villa La Perla, is surrounded by a large, fully enclosed garden, overlooking the beautiful hills of Sicily, and enriched with typical local plants.
In the rear area of the villa, there is a spacious patio, with direct access to the Living Room. Comprising a wooden dining table, a hammock where one can enjoy moments of relaxation, and a barbecue for cooking a variety of delicacies.
In the middle of the beautiful garden, there is the wonderful infinity pool with its crystal clear water.
Enriched with sun loungers for sunbathing, and an outdoor shower to cool off.
The latter is the ideal place to relax in the open air, enjoying the beauty of the surrounding panorama in total privacy and tranquillity.
Finally, there is a private car park, located in the front area of the villa. It offers a large space where guests can park their cars or motorbikes, in complete comfort and safety.
