Living Area: Inside we find a bright and spacious open-plan Living Area with a panoramic view, equipped with large windows and direct access to the private garden, a large table for eight people, a large sofa convertible into a double bed, a 75″ Ultra HD 4k smart TV with Netflix, YouTube.
Kitchen: Directly connected to the Living Room, also spacious and functional, equipped with: fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee machine (Nespresso), toaster, complete set of utensils, juicer and kettle.
Sleeping Area: You will find, three cosy and spacious rooms with the right amount of privacy, two of which have a Queen Size double bed, and the other with two single beds (all with Memory Foam mattresses for quality rest).
Both double rooms have a 43″ and 32″ Smart Tv Ultra HD 4k respectively. One of the double rooms has a private bathroom, while the other two rooms share a bathroom.
Bathrooms: Both offer a walk-in wardrobe, a walk-in shower, complete sanitary facilities, BIO toiletries and a hairdryer.
In addition, there is a spacious laundry room in the flat, with a washing machine, drying racks, table and iron.
Garden: It is extremely well-kept and equipped with sun loungers to enjoy relaxing moments and admire the landscape and sunsets.

Guests will be able to log in completely independently thanks to a simple self check-in system.

The house is located in a quiet residential area, framed by the beauty of the landscape that offers a breathtaking view of Assisi.
The latter allows you to enjoy the utmost quietness, but thanks to its strategic location, you can reach the lively centre of Perugia in just 5 minutes by car.

MOVING AROUND THE AREA

1. Buses: there are several bus lines in Perugia that cover the city and its surroundings. You can consult the timetables and routes on the municipal transport company’s website.
2. Taxis: there are several taxi companies in Perugia that offer transport services in and around the city. You can call one of these companies or book a taxi online.
3. Car rental: to get around independently, you can rent a car from one of the many companies in Perugia. Keep in mind that there are some restricted traffic zones in the city, so you will have to pay attention to directions.
4. Minimetrò: this is a convenient and fast transport system, ideal for getting around the city without having to deal with traffic and the difficulty of finding a parking space.

It also offers a panoramic view of the city, making it a pleasant travel experience. The route runs on a line of about 3 km, with nine stops: Pincetto, Case Bruciate, Cortonese, Fontivegge, Cupa, Pallotta, Monteluce, Madonna Alta and the Station.
